Program Manager
Sarah Fink is the program manager for the James River Horse Foundation program operating at the State Farm Work Center. Sarah is an experienced equine professional with an extensive background in barn management and horse training. She has a passion for hands-on education and horses helping people. A native of Louisa, VA Sarah has grown up with a love of the outdoors and animals.
